You can have your laser-cut designs made at any of the fabrication hubs currently connected into Ponoko's network. At present, there are hubs in USA and New Zealand.
Where your design is made has everything to do with the materials you have chosen, as you always select materials from your currently selected fabrication hub.
The first thing to check is that the materials you are wanting to use are currently available in the hub you want to use - which you can check by selecting the appropriate making location from the dropdown selector on the top right of the catalog:
Be sure to check not just the material type, but THICKNESS matches what you are expecting.
That done, here is the process to change where your order will be made:
Go to this page and set your default making location to where you want your product made:
Next, return to your designs section:
Click on the design you want made at the new location to edit its settings.
Then delete the current materials applied to all your files, using the "delete" link at the bottom right of the material details.
You can then choose new materials. If you have changed your default making location on that earlier preferences screen, the materials you'll be choosing from will be from new hub you selected.
Once you've saved your changes, the product will be set up to be made and shipped from your new hub selection.
